Terms and Conditions:
- All participants are required to fill out a risk disclaimer and health questionnaire before the session.
- There is no upper age limit, but we do require everyone to be 17 years old.
- Pole dancing may not be suitable for people with heart related and skeletal (neck, back and joint) problems, If you are unsure if you are fit and able to do a session please consult your GP first.
- All monies are payable in advance of classes, courses and parties. Party bookings require a £60 deposit at time of booking and the outstanding balance is to be paid 3 weeks before the party.
- Do not apply moisturiser, oils, lotions, fake tan on the day of your lesson. It makes the pole slippery and hinders grip.
- Remove all jewellery; rings, bracelets, watches, necklace,... it hinders grip, can cause injury and scratches the pole!
- Pole dancing can be dangerous! Treat the pole and your body with respect and listen to your instructor. Failing to do so you may be asked to leave with no refund!
- If you tell us that you will be missing a certain date before the start of the course, you can make up for the missed lesson in another course. But you must tell us before the start of the course. Please note that after the start of the course, if you do not attend the class for any other reason than proven physical injury you will forfeit that lesson.
Refund policy
Classes/courses:
NO refund available on classes/courses up to 5 days in advance prior start of class, you may be able to reschedule to a different course held between 3 months of the original starting date. Refunds are subject to £5 administration fee.
Parties:
Less than 21 days notice of cancelation but more than 14 days = 50%
Less than 14 days notice = NO refund
Rearrange lesson, course or party to a different date: the student/client looses the right to a refund and the date will only be rearranged once.
